TOGETHER FOR A MALARIA-FREE TANZANIA
Malaria remains one of the most pressing public health challenges in Tanzania, threatening lives, slowing economic growth, and weakening communities. At Tanzania Network of NGOs Against Malaria (TNNAM), we are leading a coordinated response to eliminate malaria through advocacy, prevention, treatment accessibility, and community-driven initiatives. With your support, we can create a healthier future where every family thrives without the burden of malaria.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
Advocacy & Leadership
We engage policymakers and leaders at every level to strengthen political commitment, influence health policies, and secure resources that drive Tanzania closer to malaria elimination.
Prevention & Control
Our initiatives reduce the spread of malaria through mosquito net distribution, targeted vector control, and proactive interventions that safeguard the most vulnerable communities.
Access to Care
TNNAM enhances healthcare systems by increasing access to malaria diagnostics, treatment, and training for health workers, ensuring timely and effective care for all.
DELIVERING SOLUTIONS TO ERADICATE MALARIA
TNNAM is a national coalition of NGOs, CBOs, and non-state actors united in the fight against malaria and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). Established in 2017, we bring together diverse organizations and stakeholders to align resources, share expertise, and strengthen Tanzania’s malaria eradication efforts. Our mission is clear: to scale up engagement at all levels of society and achieve a malaria-free Tanzania by 2030.
